Georges Wirtz has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since April 2004.

After working for six years for one of the first-tier law firms in Luxembourg, Georges Wirtz decided to set up his own law firm in May 2009. Georges has extensive experience in commercial, company and labour law and assists number of clients, most of which are Luxembourg and international companies and groups, in terms of both litigation and advice.

Georges Wirtz teaches labour law at the Luxembourg School for Commerce.

Georges Wirtz is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

Georges Wirtz holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in labour law from the University Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and a LLM in European Law from Maastricht University.

Anne Mertens has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since May 2010.

Anne Mertens joined the firm in 2013 and assists clients mainly in matters regarding contract law, lease and co-ownership as well as construction law.

Anne Mertens holds a Master’s degree in European law from University Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and a European Master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratization of the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization in Venice.

Benjamin Pacary has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2010.

Benjamin Pacary joined the firm in 2014 after working for five years in a major civil litigations law firm in Luxembourg.

With more than 11 years of a various professional experience as member of the Luxembourg Bar, as jurist in administrations and civil society in Belgium and Luxembourg and as teacher, Benjamin Pacary has acquired expertise in particular as regards consumer law, competition and unfair commercial practices law, real estate law (lease and co-ownership) and construction law, contract law, banking and financial liability, tort law (including medical liability), labour law, in terms of both litigation and advice.

Benjamin Pacary is deputy chief editor of the Revue Luxembourgeoise de Bancassurfinance (Kluwer). He contributed to drafting of the Luxembourg’s Code de la consommation.

Benjamin Pacary holds a Master’s degree in law (Licence en droit) from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a degree “DES” in International and European law with focus on European law from the Université Catholique de Louvain.

Joëlle Regener has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since May 2011.

Joëlle joined the firm in October 2015.

Joëlle Regener assists clients mainly in matters regarding private and commercial law and currently concentrates on contract law, employment law as well as construction law.

Joëlle holds a Master’s degree in European law from University Nancy 2 – Droit de l’entreprise – Juriste d’affaires international et européen.

Joëlle is a member of the editorial board of the Revue Luxembourgeoise de Bancassurfinance.

Irene Del Olmo has been a Member of the Madrid Bar (ICAM) since 2011 and a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014.

Irene Del Olmo joined the firm in September 2013 after working for several years for the Spanish public sector in the context of European institutions.

Irene Del Olmo mainly deals with issues regarding labour law, commercial law and company law.

Irene holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University Complutense of Madrid and has a specialization in Human Rights from the Instituto de Derechos Humanos (IDH-UCM) of Madrid.

Jean-Philippe Schirtz has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since September 2013.

Jean-Philippe Schirtz joined the firm in April 2013 and concentrates mainly on litigation regarding civil liability, lease and co-ownership and labour law.

Jean-Philippe Schirtz holds a Master’s degree in private law –criminal sciences – Droit Privé – Sciences Criminelles– from Université de Nancy 2, a degree in criminology from the same university and a LLM in European Economic Law- European criminal business law from Luxembourg University.

Charlotte Junck has been a Member of the Luxembourg Bar since May 2013.

Charlotte Junck joined our firm in May 2015 before working as a lawyer in another law firm and as a legal advisor for a fashion label in Paris.

Before her admission to the Luxembourg bar, she also worked in the legal department of a major Luxembourg bank.

Charlotte Junck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s degree in criminal sciences – Carrières judiciaires – Sciences Criminelles– from Université de Paris 2 – Assas, and a Master 2 in civil law from Université R. Schuman de Strasbourg.
